Can laser surgery acne scar THIS really effective?
This is a question for those who have had laser surgery scar acne. Can you really get rid of almost all red mark just like that? I have a red mark similar to the one man and would do anything to eliminate, or at least to be small. Can the surgery is to remove a single brand, or if you have to have tons?
I a plastic surgeon to inquire about laser treatment. He said that the more serious the case, the better the results. He said that the lighter your skin is the best also. Do not feel I would be happy with the results. He said he would be able tell the difference and so by boyfriend etc, but probably would not. This is based on the fact that he felt he had enough bad acne which means it must be very particular in how I look. But the answer to your question, yes the results look very real. Not like some of the photos after they have been with makeup etc.

Cystic Acne Skin
I have stubborn acne and sensitive skin. What else I can try?
I have no acne, cystic, but the clogged pores. My skin crumbles, and most of the scrubs are too harsh for my skin. I have tried Proactiv, Dr. Wexler program, Obagi Nu Derm, and almost all commodities acne pharmacy no relief. I've even had prescriptions for antibiotics and Retin-A. Since I have no cystic acne, I'm guessing stronger prescriptions are not for me. Also I have very sensitive skin and leave welts if I use products that are very strong or tough (ie, sulfur, glycolic acid, etc.). Any suggestions? I saw a dermatologist and the first that gave me antibiotics and Retin-A. When that did not work I asked about Accutane and I said it was not a good candidate. Time to a dermatologist again?
Given the litany of the products I've tried so far, I think it's time to see a new dermatologist and get on with it to ascertain the cause of acne and how best to treat it.

Not really sure why it would not work on a new SQL server. RAND function is supported by the new server. What version SQL is moved to and from? What happens when you remove the order by the RAND function and create the simplest query.
