Can laser surgery acne scar THIS really effective?

Can you really get rid of almost all red mark just like that? I have a red mark similar to the one man and would do anything to eliminate, or at least to be small. Can the surgery is to remove a single brand, or if you have to have tons?
I a plastic surgeon to inquire about laser treatment. He said that the more serious the case, the better the results. He said that the lighter your skin is the best also. Do not feel I would be happy with the results. He said he would be able tell the difference and so by boyfriend etc, but probably would not. This is based on the fact that he felt he had enough bad acne which means it must be very particular in how I look. But the answer to your question, yes the results look very real. Not like some of the photos after they have been with makeup etc.
